Grow Perfect Technologies Inc is a world leader in the development

spectrum, 11 spectrum and Focused Beam Technology™ grow technologies. We are based on
Vancouver Island in beautiful British Columbia (BC), Canada. All of
our products are manufactured in China at our state of the art
manufacturing facility located in Shen Zhen.
Because we create the technology we are extremely selective and
particular when it comes to the engineering and manufacturing
processes. This is why every product we sell is completely
engineered in Canada using only the highest quality parts available
world wide before the final product is sent off for assembly in
China.
During the manufacturing process we take great care to assure that
every product is manufactured to the highest quality standard
possible, this includes aging every completed LED light fixture for 72 hours in our thermal imaging room before shipping it directly to you.
We stand behind our products and offer a full 3 year comprehensive
warranty on all of our LED grow lights, the best in the industry!
In the event that you should require warranty service on your
product, be assured that ALL (North American) warranty matters are
handled in our state of the art rework facility located on Vancouver
Island, BC. All European warranty matters are handled in our world
class rework facility located in London, UK. Under most
circumstances we can simply send you out replacement parts as our
grow lights are end user friendly and engineered in a "plug and
play" fashion making part replacements a snap!
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our utmost priority and we will do our best to satisfy your requirements. We offer a 24 hour Money Back Guarantee. Any unused merchandise in resalable condition may be returned for a refund within 24 hours of the delivery date. The returned item must be in the original packaging, unused and unopened, with the original receipt. We will refund the product price only, the inbound and outbound shipping costs will not be refunded. We do not accept returns after 24 hours of delivery.
Custom orders are not returnable.
How do I return an item?
Call the service department to generate a return number. Ship back your product with the original receipt, return code and the reason for return. Returns will be processed within 10 business days after they are received.

We recommend sending your returns back via UPS, FedEx or DHL, so that you can track your delivery.
Damaged Items
If you receive your shipment and it is damaged, a claim must be made within 24 hours of receipt - Please open your package and check the contents upon receipt. If a package arrives damaged, save all packing materials and contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the shipping company. In most cases, the purchase price and the original shipping costs to the customer will be refunded to the original purchaser depending on the shipper investigation or we will send a replacement after a call tag is issued to pick up the damaged product. If your order is shipped via freight, you must inspect all packages upon delivery. If there is any damage, it is the customer's responsibility to report the damage to the driver at that time to ensure it will be covered under insurance.
Missing Items
All orders must be inspected for missing items within 24 hours of receipt - Please open your package and check the contents upon receipt. If a package arrives with missing items, contact us immediately. After 48 hours, we will not be responsible for missing items in your order.
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
Undeliverable or Refused merchandise will be charged for the freight charges both ways.
Shipping Information
All orders will be shipped within 120hrs (the time to properly age
the LEDs). Our warehouse is fully stocked and ready to fulfill your
order. Orders will be shipped wrapped in brown paper or black shrink
wrap and will be shipped directly to your door via DHL international
express.
SHIPPING IS ALWAYS FREE!
In the event of a back ordered item we will have it sent out as soon
as it’s available. We will send you an email in the situation of a
shortage.
